Back in the summer, we visited our daughter in New York, and Matthew and I saw this gentleman sitting 'Pan handling."Perhaps there is a very good reason why someone would ask for money for a helicopter (oh, wait--"helOcopter") ride to JFK--but wouldn't a cab be more affordable?
